I had a lovely family holiday at the hotel, thanks to the outstanding staff who truly made our stay special. The hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere with easy beach access and a variety of dining options. However, the initial check-in process was a bit frustrating, and the pool area could get crowded at times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great room cleanliness and a vibrant environment.

My stay at the hotel was plagued with issues, starting from the reception where there was a significant language barrier, to the dining experience which offered limited food options that didn't cater to English tastes. The rooms were surprisingly large and tidy, but the service left much to be desired, especially during meal times. Overall, while some aspects like the room size and cleanliness were positive, the inadequate food and staff communication were major drawbacks.
